Study management

The tasks of the study management are the professional management and the central coordination of study projects. This includes appropriate and qualified cooperation with the client and other persons or institutions involved in the study project as well as the coordination of CenTrial GmbH employees engaged in the study.

Clients are professionally supported in development, realisation and successful closure of a study by an efficient and reliable study management and considerably disburdened from planning and operational management duties.

An experienced study manager is the central contact person for all issues around the project and coordinates the entire interdisciplinary study team for the client. The study manager ensures that all the activities allocated to CenTrial GmbH are fulfilled according to the contract.

Ensuring the realisation of studies according to the protocol, the timelines and the study budget, as well as compliance with regulatory requirements by obtaining necessary approvals of the authorities and ethics committees also belong to the principal tasks of the study management.

A central study management facilitates the cooperation of the entire study team and warrants the avoidance or early recognition of potential problems during the study planning or –realisation, allowing to communicate and solve them.
